Description
The handle is made from American hickory, treated with linseed oil for increased durability.
Hand forged from Swedish quality steel, the head is struck 40-60 times to increase density and durability. With a convex grind cutting edge. The axe is supplied sharpened, polished and ready to use, in a leather axe sheath.
It is named after Hultån, the stream which once provided the forge with power. Today Hultån runs through a tunnel underneath Hults Bruk.
